From small claims, civil court to federal or even tax! There is a book that will assist every Member in each of these courts. The procedure stays much the same, but the rules of judgement are often quite different.

NOTE: As always, we suggest controlling your contracts and always working with a party for settlement before court is necessary. If a valid tort (injury) is brought, there is no escape.
